There are times in life when something big is happening and we’re not quite sure what to do, or how to handle it. Like getting married, for example!
Maybe we have a very clear vision of how we want it and we just need someone to make it all happen.
The beauty and splendour of France is the perfect backdrop against which to celebrate your day with family and friends, whether old, new, or those that will become friends by being a part of your celebration.
My aim is to work with you to create a celebration that truly reflects your personality and beliefs and fulfils your vision for your special occasion.
These are the occasions when we most need the help and support of someone experienced, to create and conduct a relaxed and memorable ceremony. Someone who is known for their calm authority and organisation, that engages with an audience with confidence and warmth, sincerity and humility and, when relevant, humour. And always maintains that personal touch.
Sometimes, it is other events, maybe a life-affirming celebration, renewing vows or commitments, naming a child or commemorating and celebrating the life of someone we have loved. It would be my honour and privilege to work with you. I am here to help and to guide you along the path to a memorable occasion.
So, if you are facing a decision about how best to celebrate or commemorate a special life event, contact me for a no-obligation chat and I’ll help you decide.
Your day, Your way
Bespoke weddings, naming ceremonies, renewal of marriage vows, funerals & other life ceremonies in France. In English and French
After growing up in SE England, I’ve spent my career in global commercial sales management. After 40 years of an exciting and rewarding career, I decided to switch to another fulfilling adventure, following friends’ suggestions to use my skills and experience to help others celebrate their life events. I enjoy learning about people, their lives, their stories and their personalities and the process of combining all that into the creation of their unique ceremony.
I’m told that my organised, calm, and relaxed approach puts people at ease and enables them to relax and enjoy their day.
Tina and I have been married since 1981 and made it through the highs and lows that life throws at you, stronger now than ever before.
And, with children and grandchildren of our own, I have a lot of joy to share and contribute to your day.
I subscribe to the notion of ‘people first’, which ensures that your faith, beliefs and traditions, whatever they may be, will be reflected in your ceremony in the way you want.
Beyond work, I enjoy driving and cycling through the magnificent French countryside (and sampling its wares), swimming, a good book, and a great pint of ale.
